In 2023, we reached 1000+ event attendees and 300+ SciComm Academy post-secondary students.
Our social networks reach over 10,000 people across Georgia. We connect scientists, community advocates who lean into evidence-based action, STEM students, academics, corporate professionals, and the "sci-curious"

Science and Technical Communication Training
Science For Georgia offers a no application needed, science communication training program. We guide Science and Technology post-secondary students and professionals in building bridges across disciplines and out into the larger community.
Starting in 2024, Science for Georgia is beginning to offer Humor Me! Professional Development training at your company OR college campus. A blend of our serious and stand-up comedy communication training. Help your team learn effective communication in a fun and friendly environment! Embrace your inner-awkward to break out of silos and meet KPIs!
All professionally hosted workshops enable you the unique opportunity to support hosting no-cost workshops on campuses around Georgia.
Environmental Justice and Climate Protection Conference
Be part of the growing Environmental Justice movement in Georgia by Sponsoring our Environmental Justice & Climate Protection Conference. This third annual conference will connect you to environmental justice and climate conscious communities. The 2023 conference had over 185 in-person and on-line attendees.
Science for Georgia, Dogwood Alliance, Emory CHARTER, and Center for Black Women’s Wellness are respected leaders in the climate justice movement. Their combined social reach is over 3.5 million people.
Your support enables community members and students to attend the conference – including travel scholarships.
Sponsorships must be received by May 15, 2024 to ensure inclusion on print materials.
