April 23rd is the big day!
The main goal for the event is to share information with the local community around the intersection of environmental health and human health. A secondary goal is to provide an opportunity for organizations such as Sci4GA to engage with the local community and raise awareness of resources that the community may not be aware of.
We have some awesome groups attending. The event is being promoted by a local radio station, there will be environmental wellness kits given away, raffles (HEPA air filters).
Science for Georgia will be there with our #SpeakUpForScience booth!
